In this practice you will learn a style of yoga known as Vinyasa. Vinyasa is a movement or transition between poses typically accompanied with breath. In this practice you will learn proper breathing technique, alignment and begin to deepen your practice by introducing more advanced postures and techniques. This class is slower paced to cultivate a mindful and meditative practice. This practice is a moderate level yoga class. Some yoga experience is helpful.
