Work one on one with one of our experienced instructors to set and work towards your personal yoga goals. The physical practice of yoga can help to ease body tension, improve posture and overall health. Your instructor will assist you in alignment, personal modifications and props whether your goals are to dive deeper into a specific yogic posture, to increase mind-body connection, to feel more confident in a group setting or to strengthen your personal practice.
