Strengthening Yoga Fusion is a unique blend of Yoga, Pilates, Barre and Fitness. This low impact program is an efficient way to gain strength, muscle definition, endurance, flexibility, and balance. These practices emphasize alignment, movement, and breath. The goal is to leave class with a sense of strength, calmness, and restoration. All levels are welcome, but some yoga experience may be helpful, modifications will be demonstrated.
